On August 27, 2007 after many years of struggle, top amateur athlete, Jill Emery, has finally gotten her chance to fight for a belt in the US. On September 27th at the Tachi Palace, in Lemoore, California. Emery, who was the oldest woman on the USA boxing team will fight on the same card as the WBC World Champion Carina Moreno, who was the youngest member of that illustrious team.
