Ruslan Khayrtdinov (2-0-0) who came from Moscow to train with me two months ago, defeated a local fighter, Dwayne Hardaway (0-0-1) in his American debut.Two months of hard training was not enough to get him ready. He came to me with no conditioning and technique. He couldn't even keep up with the physical workout of my World Champion, Jill Emery.

I hope that his performance in this fight convinces him that he needs a lot of work on his technique (footwork) and conditioning.
